Hundreds of attendees have successfully completed our programs to learn plant
operations and gone on to pass their state certification exam, earn their license or
receive continuing education points.
Manufacturing companies who have sent personnel to our training courses include
Lucent Technologies, Nutrasweet, Yamaha, Perdue Farms, Textron, Coca-Cola, Loreal,
ILCO, Corning, Gulfstream Aerospace, Dow Chemical, PepsiCo, Mead Packaging, Weyerhauser,
Briggs & Stratton, General Motors, Kellogg, BP Amoco, Pfizer, and many others.
The class size for our courses is small, often ten attendees or less. This gives us
more time to discuss individual systems and answer questions about your industrys
specific wastewater composition.
Attendees also benefit from our staff experience. Environmental Training
Associates courses are taught by licensed professionals with hands-on experience
in the field and many hours of classroom training experience. We regularly update
our courses to reflect changes in the industry and in government regulations.
Training programs include operational objectives, trainee need-to-know criteria, and
the relationship between staff performance and operational objectives. These programs
are the core of operational excellence and maintaining employee morale.
Convenient Dates & Locations
Classes are presented in cities throughout the state for your convenience. Courses
are scheduled to meet exam deadlines and to minimize operators time away from the plant.
Onsite Training
All courses can be taught onsite for groups of ten or more. We can customize a course
to suit your local work site and professional requirements.
License Renewal
Once you pass the licensing exam, most states require licensed operators to obtain
Continuing Education hours every year or every other year. We regularly develop new
courses on relevant topics to help operators meet recertification requirements.
Technical Assistance & Contract Operations
Environmental Training Associates, through long-standing association with other
firms, can help with plant control and operational problems at your facility on a
short- or long-term basis.
