Our Instructors

Judy Bruenjes, PE is the founder of Environmental Training Associates (ETA). Ms. Bruenjes is a certified Georgia Class 1 Wastewater Treatment System Operator and Wastewater Laboratory Analyst, and has presented hundreds of hours of training courses to wastewater operators throughout the southeast. Ms. Bruenjes has worked with wastewater compliance including Permitting, Plant Design & Construction Specifications, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Management Plans. Ms. Bruenjes enjoys working with operators and analysts at treatment facilities, particularly with process control improvements.

Jeff Pearce is the President of Operators Point of View (OPV, Inc.) which provides wastewater services that stress function over form and practicality in planning. Mr. Pearce holds a Georgia Class 1 Wastewater Treatment System Operator license and has been conducting wastewater training courses for over 15 years. Mr. Pearce travels throughout the world to install and start-up treatment plant equipment. Mr. Pearce specializes in mechanical and electrical technologies (PLC Programming, MMI and SCADA) and troubleshooting. He also contract operates industrial and biological systems.
